    Just a quick update to let you know we are still working on reloading and configuring the OS and cPanel. Unfortunately, this does take several hours since we must configure everything from scratch, including all the additional extras GlowHost offers as standard.

    We will keep you informed as we progress. Thanks for your patience.

    This is crazy. There is a completely different website on my URL and I haven't gotten email in hours. This has gone on way too long. I am surprised there is not a back up server in case of a failure.

    it was something to do with my browser and caching. I wish my email was working.

    Restoration has been completed. Please, check your websites and in case any problems are found, please, open a ticket for our Tech Support dep. regarding it.
