    We have been unable to fully resolve the issues on Nelly. It appears that the filesystem is badly corrupted.

    We are now evaluating our options and making a decision based on the assessment of the server as to what to do next. We should reach that decision within the next half hour and updates will follow.

    Unfortunately, we have been unable to recover the filesystem due to the integrity of the file structure being too corrupted. We have been left with no option but to reload the entire server OS, reconfigure and restore customer accounts from backups.

    We have already begun this task now and further updates will follow.

    Just a quick update to let you know we are still working on reloading and configuring the OS and cPanel. Unfortunately, this does take several hours since we must configure everything from scratch, including all the additional extras GlowHost offers as standard.

    This is crazy. There is a completely different website on my URL and I haven't gotten email in hours. This has gone on way too long. I am surprised there is not a back up server in case of a failure.

    Please, open a ticket regarding this issue to let us check it.
