Zed server unscheduled outage 08/28/2013

At this time the Zed (zed.gendns19.com) server is experiencing some technical issues. The system went read only around 11PM Eastern Time. We have rebooted the server and are currently performing an FSCK. This can take some time, so please bare with us.

The main drive on the server has died. We are going to replace it and restore all data from the backup.

We will keep you updated regarding progress.

The faulty hard drive has been replaced by the datacenter technicians and our system administrators have installed OS and cPanel software on this server already. We are currently restoring all cPanel accounts from backups. Further updates will follow. Please take our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused.

We are currently experiencing some problems with the MySQL service on the server at ths moment. We are working to resolve the issues and bring operations back to normal.
