This is crazy. There is a completely different website on my URL and I haven't gotten email in hours. This has gone on way too long. I am surprised there is not a back up server in case of a failure.

everything is back to normal now. I did open a ticket about my situation this morning and even posted a a screengrab of the site that was appearing but it seems it was only a problem for me for whatever reason. very odd... after i cleared my cache, it went away.

everything seems to be back to normal.
