Notice to customers in our Orlando, FL location hosted on the hotel.gendns.com server.

We will be performing maintenance. Our monitoring systems have alerted our team that there are 3 bad sectors on the backup drive. Because of this, we will be replacing the backup drive on the hotel.gendns.com server.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will occur this Thursday (April 30th) at 2:00 AM EST and 3:00 AM EST.

Affected Clients: All customers hosting with us on the hotel.gendns.com server are affected.

Additional Information: While we do not expect a long term outage, please plan for up to 1 hour of downtime. Our team will be taking precautionary measures to prevent extended downtime.
