Notice to All GlowHost Customers in our Phoenix, AZ location
As part of our commitment to offer the best service and infrastructure to our customers, we are announcing an important maintenance that will occur from 2AM-9AM on October 18th at our Phoenix location. Please go over the following details so you are prepared.
Description of Maintenance
Our engineering team has discovered a software bug in some top rack switches that provide connectivity to our servers. To resolve the issues, we will be conducting maintenance at the scheduled time on the affected devices. The purpose of the maintenance is to perform code updates on affected switches.
During the maintenance window, there may be a very brief service disruption for about 15 minutes or less while the devices reload the new software updates. We will be monitoring all servers during this time and our networking team will be taking all necessary precautions to prevent any disturbances.
Maintenance Window
- Maintenance will start at 2:00 AM Eastern on 10/18/2019
- Maintenance will end at / around 9:00 AM Eastern on 10/18/2019
