Notice to customers in our Orlando, FL location hosted on the zulu.gendns.com server.

We will be performing an important maintenance. Our monitoring systems have alerted our team that the performance of the local backup drive is degraded. We will be replacing the backup drive on the zulu.gendns.com server.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will occur this Tuesday (April 7th) at 2:00 AM EST and 3:00 AM EST.

Affected Clients: All customers hosting with us on the zulu.gendns.com server are affected.

Additional Information: While we do not expect a long term outage, please plan for up to 1 hour of downtime. Our team will be taking precautionary measures to prevent extended downtime. Additionally, our techs have already created a backup of all accounts on the server in case of further complications.
