Status Update
At this time, all backups have been restored and the Juliet server is back in operation. We are taking this time to make sure that nothing was missed and are performing a thorough audit prior to considering this maintenance resolved.
Updates will follow, and we will get in touch with customers directly if any attention is needed from them. Thank you for your understanding during this rare event. We will post a final update once this is completed.
Notice to All Affected Customers
Maintenance for the Juliet server has been completed. A thorough audit of all accounts has been completed as well. We have worked with every customer account on an individual basis to make sure everything is in top shape and nothing was missed.
During this very rare event, we would like to thank all customers who had to endure this outage on the Juliet server. Measures have been put into place so that this scenario will not happen again.
