    Default Juliet Server Maintenance

    Notice to all GlowHost customers,

    This notification affects customers that host with us on the Juliet (juliet.gendns.com) server located in our Phoenix, Arizona location.

    Our server admins have informed us that the OS is corrupted on the server Juliet in the Phoenix location. Our techs are working hard on resolving the issue to restore the affected infrastructure as quickly as possible to bring services back up.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to restore service. We will post updates here once more information is available.

    Status Update,

    We are currently reloading the OS in the server. We will start restoring the accounts as soon as OS reload completes.

    At this time, all backups have been restored and the Juliet server is back in operation. We are taking this time to make sure that nothing was missed and are performing a thorough audit prior to considering this maintenance resolved.

    Updates will follow, and we will get in touch with customers directly if any attention is needed from them. Thank you for your understanding during this rare event. We will post a final update once this is completed.

    Notice to All Affected Customers

    Maintenance for the Juliet server has been completed. A thorough audit of all accounts has been completed as well. We have worked with every customer account on an individual basis to make sure everything is in top shape and nothing was missed.

    During this very rare event, we would like to thank all customers who had to endure this outage on the Juliet server. Measures have been put into place so that this scenario will not happen again.
