Maintenance for the Juliet server has been completed. A thorough audit of all accounts has been completed as well. We have worked with every customer account on an individual basis to make sure everything is in top shape and nothing was missed.
During this very rare event, we would like to thank all customers who had to endure this outage on the Juliet server. Measures have been put into place so that this scenario will not happen again.
