Server Vern unscheduled maintenance

We suspect hardware problems on the server Vern. Thus, we need to bring it down in order to perform some tests. This will happen tonight, 17th of December, at 1 am by EST. Expected downtime is few hours. We deeply apologize for any possible inconveniences.

Service Window: 1 AM to 3 AM
Details: Server Vern Unscheduled Maintenance
Expected Downtime: 3-4 hours

If this server goes unresponsive at the time specified above, it will mean that our datacenter technicians are working on it and will have service restored as soon as possible. Please do not call or open support tickets regarding the downtime as floods of tickets at our helpdesk will only slow response times for other users. We will post updates as they become available in this forum thread.
