Default Dolphin install parse error: syntax anybody?

I just joined and downloaded the Dolphin adfree, but when I go to the link where it is at, I get the following.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/tomsgrap/public_html/dolphin/inc/header.inc.php on line 22

Is this an error on the dolphin end, or what could this be?

    Thanks

It would seem to be a problem with the auto-installer though this is the first we have heard of it. I believe Sergey is researching it now or may have already submitted a ticket to Boonex for more information.

We see that you have a ticket at the helpdesk, and will update you there.

    Default I tried re-installing

I year or two has gone by since I wrote that message, and I'm trying to reinstall dolphin, however I'm getting the same error. There appears to be no install/index.php folder, as that is part of the directions, don't know if it is related.
    Thanks
