OK . . .I'll try not to confuse everyone.
I have a reseller's account. At my old host I was able to set up custom DNS or host names to assign to the accounts I handled. I actually set them up in GoDaddy then pointed them at my server on HostGator.
ns1.mydomain.com pointed to an IP address
ns2.mydomain.com pointed to another IP address
Yesterday or the day before I received notice from GlowHost that I was going to need to update the DNS records on all the accounts I handle when a (welcomed) server switch and update takes place. I'm on the "alpha" server.
My question is, will I be able to do the same here as I did in the example above? Will I simply be able to simply designate new IP address and have everything point to the proper servers on GLowHost?
Really makes it handy when I have to change the DNS records on 50 + domains, most in different client's accounts.
Let's start there. Thanks in advance.
