What's the distance on your marathon? I'm assuming it's something simple (5k-10k). Running regularly is always a good idea, though don't wear out your muscles by suddenly spiking your training four weeks before your marathon. It'll damage your muscles.
Wait. What kind of marathon is this exactly? ...Because I do movie marathons quite often and all the training I need has something to do with a microwave, some popcorn and a couple of cans of soda.
