    Hello,

    There's $100/hour fee for site related services like programming or design services. Minimal time frame is 30 minutes. If everything goes well it should be about 30 minutes to do as vBulletin has a relatively good upgrade program.

    I believe vBulletin also offers upgrade services but might be a bit more expensive than us, I am not sure but you should check it out as an option.
