I started a website a while ago, 4 months....ha, but it was with another hosting company that offered free hosting, who shall remain nameless, and they didn't use CPanel.

When it came time for me to transfer my website to Glowhost to upgrade from free, it was a nightmare to get the right things together for the move, with no support from their people.

Luckily, Glowhost's helpdesk team was available for any questions that I had, and I successfully completed the move with their help.

I have learned that I will always ask if a hosting company uses CPanel, and if not, to keep looking! ( Or stay with Glowhost..... )
