Server Echo maintenance notice 28th of March 2021
This is an important maintenance notice that impacts services that are residing on our echo.gendns.com server. Please read the following information carefully.
As part of our commitment to provide top quality web hosting services, please be advised that maintenance has been scheduled to replace faulty RAM in the server. The details of this maintenance are below.
Maintenance Window:
March 28, 2021 at 1:00 AM till 4:00 AM US Eastern.
Affected Clients: During the maintenance window, we will need to bring the server offline. The maintenance window is expected to last 30 minutes, however please be prepared for a longer maintenance window in case of unforeseen events. All the clients hosted on echo.gendns.com server are affected.
Additional Information:
As with any maintenance, you are encouraged to make sure that you have downloaded recent backups of your website. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
