This notification affects customers in our Salt Lake City Datacenter including some shared servers.

Our infrastructure team has informed us that certain components in our Salt Lake City Datacenter have unexpectedly lost connectivity. We have teams on site who are working to restore the affected infrastructure as quickly as possible to return service.

As an update, we believe we have determined the root cause of the issue and are working to get everything back online. While an ETA cannot be provided, we hope to everything operational soon.

As of this time, almost all servers have returned to normal operating conditions. While we still work ensure all functionality we appreciate your continued patience.

Dear Customers,

At this time we have all network gear back online. Connectivity should now be restored to all servers in our Salt Lake City facility.

We initially found degraded performance in certain A/C components which caused temperatures on the datacenter floor to exceed nominal operating conditions. All temperatures are stabilized inside normal limits at this time, however, we will be completing a full detailed investigation to document the reason for outage.
