As part of our commitment to provide top quality web hosting services, we are conducting maintenance that will require moving some servers to a different rack within the Orlando data center. Please be advised that on September 3rd, your services hosted on the following servers will be affected by this maintenance.

- vern.gendns.com
- delta.gendns.com

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on Friday, September 3rd starting at 10:00 PM EDT. The expected conclusion is at 5:00 AM EDT on Saturday, September 4th.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While the maintenance may take significantly less time than projected, we do ask that you prepare for the potential downtime of up to 2 hours.

As with any maintenance, you are encouraged to make sure that you have downloaded recent backups of your websites. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
