This is an important maintenance notice that impacts services that are residing on our tango.gendns.com server in our Phoenix AZ location. Please read the following information carefully.

As part of our commitment to provide top quality web hosting services, please be advised that maintenance has been scheduled to upgrade the server's overall resources. The details of this maintenance are below.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will occur under the following time windows.

March 17, 2021 at 1:00 and 2:00 AM US Eastern.

Affected Clients: During the maintenance window, we will need to bring the server offline. The maintenance window is expected to last 30 minutes, however please be prepared for a longer maintenance window in case of unforeseen events. All clients hosted on the tango.gendns.com server in Phoenix, AZ are affected.

Additional Information: Our data center team will be upgrading some physical resources in the Tango server. We ask you to take necessary measures such as pausing any ad campaigns, and deferring social media posts, etc, during the maintenance window.

As with any maintenance, you are encouraged to make sure that you have downloaded recent backups of your website. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
