As part of our continued commitment to providing excellent service and support, we would like to inform you of an upcoming upgrade to our Cloud platform. The update will resolve some bugs, security issues and add a few new features. It will also help to make our cloud platform more resilient while improving overall performance.
In order to complete the upgrades, we must reboot all hypervisors. This means that your cloud server will be unavailable during the hardware node reboot. We expect a downtime of around 15 minutes.
At this time, the work has not been scheduled due to analysis and preparation that must take place beforehand. We will keep you updated in this thread. You can reference this forum post at any time to get the latest news on the upgrade.
NOTE: This update is of critical importance and will affect all Cloud customers.
