Scheduled maintenance for Cloud Servers - 5th of June

As part of our commitment to provide top quality web hosting services, maintenance is required for all Cloud VDS and Enterprise VDS servers.

Please read these details carefully:

Service Date: Sunday, 5 June, 2016
Service Window: 3 AM to 4 AM
Details: In order to optimize work of cloud solution we offer and perform planned hardware updates, part of Virtual Dedicated Servers will be migrated to new hypervisors. The "hot" migration does not suppose any downtime caused and we expect all servers to operate in usual mode. In rare cases a reboot of a virtual cloud server may be required, that usually takes 5-10 minutes.
Expected Downtime: 10 minutes

This means work will begin at some point during this time specified in the service window above, unless unexpected situations arise. During this service window, your site may go temporarily offline. If we are unable to start the maintenance before the service window closes, it will be re-scheduled for the next day at the same time.

As always, we recommend that you have local copies of your web site in the event of unforeseen issues which may result in complete and total data loss on the server. While we do not anticipate this to be an issue, it is always a wise choice to have copies of your web site in multiple locations.

You can make copies of your web site using the backup option in your cPanel.

All virtual servers have been migrated to Hypervisors in optimal way to get better productivity from the disk's operations.
