As of this time, almost all servers have returned to normal operating conditions. While we still work ensure all functionality we appreciate your continued patience.

At this time we have all network gear back online. Connectivity should now be restored to all servers in our Salt Lake City facility.
We initially found degraded performance in certain A/C components which caused temperatures on the datacenter floor to exceed nominal operating conditions. All temperatures are stabilized inside normal limits at this time, however, we will be completing a full detailed investigation to document the reason for outage.
