They are performing a manual FSCK at the moment.

Unfortunately, the FSCK was not able to recover the primary drive and it is not in the process of being replaced with a new drive. As this was the primary hard disk in the server, it will require a full OS and cPanel re-install, configuration and update, followed by the all sites being restored from backups
The estimated time frame is 4 - 12 hours.

We are experiencing issues with cPanel installation and we have contacted the developers regarding the issue. Right after cPanel is installed we will restore the accounts.
We do our best to make the server available as soon as possible.
I know you guys are working hard. However, more frequent status updates would be appreciated. Every hour would be nice. Even if the status is the same. I don't know how many websites are on Ginger, but I am sure people are stressing over this extended downtime.

Sure, we will update each hour. Developers couldn't find out why cPanel installer is not working. We are searching for any other hardware errors and meanwhile looking for a server to use HDDs from Ginger.
