Why can't I post in the knowledge base?

This forum allows for newbies and registered users to comment or ask questions regarding any existing threads found within our Knowledge Base.

Newbies and registered users may not post new threads directly in the knowledge base. This is done to preserve the knowledge base as an area where you can expect to find answers to known issues instead of a place to ask questions for unknown issues.

Newbies and registered users who have questions they would like to ask, which are not covered here in the knowledge base can post in the general support, or other forums as an alternative.

The search function on these boards is a very useful tool and I strongly suggest that you take advantage of its features, it will find any keywords in this forum or the entire bulletin board that you search for, depending on the type of search you run.
