    You must be using php4. Please try to enable php5 using the appropriate link in your Cpanel > php configuration

    i am not an expert but i guess the reason is if someone is uploading from a guest account (with limited rights!). something like this happens also when you try to upload to 4shared as guest. i was having that message with "failed to find flength file
    " while uploading as a guest to ugomi.com
