[Email] Email Limits - How many emails per hour?

I actually edited the last line of my post, probably when you were replying. I added this:

A semi-dedicated may work as well, but for the same price or a little more you might as well get a private environment and unlimited email capabilities.

So in my opinion, a VPS is better for your circumstance and a semi-dedicated server might be better for someone else.

Help me understand the difference between vps and semi dedicated:

VPS has no limits on mail sent, while semi-d does, correct?
