    Exclamation support tickets not working

    I'm trying to submit a support ticket and all I'm getting is this error.


    Please fix the following errors...
    - You must enter a valid priority.
    - You must enter a valid subject.
    - You must enter a valid message.
    - You must enter a valid domain name.



    All these feild did have information in them.

    What browser and version are you using?

    I tried to submit a ticket from each department.

    All tickets had the same form to be used. All produced the same error when I tried to submit.

    IE7 and FireFox 3.6.2

    What is your MyGlow username or a ticket number from an old ticket so I can try logged in as you and see what is happening.

    oddly enough... I went in, changed the password so you could login and thought I'd try again and it worked. Looks like something was stuck and changing the password gave it a kick.
