One customer says that his (Apple) mail client times out on port 110 when attempting to retrieve mail from my dedicated server via POP3. His other email accounts from other providers are not affected.
When I try to replicate the issue using Apple Mail and a test account under the same domain, etc, I can get mail just fine.
He is able to get to the Webmail site under his domain.
The issue comes and goes...
What are some possible causes for this? Connectivity issues between his location and Atlanta?
