If you do not have the Fantastico icon in your cPanel you will need to open a ticket with tech support to get it licensed for your dedicated server. It does not come by default, but we will license it for free for you on demand.

what a nice program. quick question and i am sure their will be more. when doing the initial instalation in admin access area (this is in fantastico) it asks for admin user name and also password. are these new ones i use or the ones used for my server?

That is not exactly true. You can use your cPanel logins but if you change your cPanel logins it will not update the logins for your script. the logins for each script are unique and are not associated with cPanel.
