How to change ftp password

I go into the control panel, then files, then ftp accounts. There is a buttom that says "change password" but when I click on it, it says that action is not allowed.

Hello,

Please make sure that you are logged as a user (not reseller or root) and the account you want to change the password for is really an ftp account (there are some default ftp accounts which have the same password as cPanel password). If you're still unable to resolve the issue please open a trouble ticket and provide your account details.
