I would like to be able to update my site using FTP rather than using cPanel. How would I go about doing that?

Your FTP login details and configuration settings can be found inside of your myGlow account manager under the option for "manage my domains"

You'll see the info you need in the lower right hand corner after you are on the "manage my domains" page.
