SSL install on deticated server

I currently have 1 server to which an SSL specific to the servers domain name has been applied to all services under "Manage Service SSL Certificates".

I have another server that has the SSL applied to "Panel/WHM/Webmail Service" only and self signed has been applied to all the rest of the services. Problem is I need the SSL applied to all services. How do I get this done?

I guess it is not really clear what you mean. Does using "Manage Service Certificates" not work on the second server? The process should be the same as on the first server.
