Search:

The SMTP is definitely spelled correctly. POP3 and SMTP are both mail.ideadirect.com
Authentication is turned on to use same as incoming.
Email works fine on port 25.

I was having another issue...

I thought this might fix another problem I am having and changed my port to 26. When I do this I get the following error:

Do you have to sign up for the merchant account to get the gateway deal?

We already have a great priced merchant account but are shopping around for a more cost effective gateway.
