    Default Unscheduled Cloud Server Outage - 08/20/2013

    Dear Valued Customers,

    At this time we are experiencing a network problem which has affected the connection between our SAS SAN and the Cloud Infrastructure. As a result, it has affected many of the VM's on our Cloud.

    We are working to bring everything back online. As a warning, this may require your server to be rebooted and a possible FSCK may need to be run. We will take care of all of this for you.

    We will keep you updated in this forum thread as we progress.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
