This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects our Orlando, FL location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on March 13th, our Orlando FL facility will undergo maintenance on one of the uninterruptible power supply systems for the A-side power path. The purpose of this maintenance is to improve the capacity and reliability of the power delivery and to enhance operational resilience.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on March 13th (Wednesday) starting at 8:00 AM EST. Maintenance is expected to conclude on March 14th (Thursday) at 8:00 PM EST.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. During the maintenance, power will be supplied by the A-side standby power systems. While we do not anticipate any downtime during the maintenance window, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
