This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects our Orlando, FL location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on December 6th, our Orlando FL facility will undergo network maintenance. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade core network infrastructure and to improve operational resilience.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on December 6th (Wednesday) starting at 10:00 PM EST. Maintenance is expected to conclude on December 7th (Thursday) at 2:00 AM EST.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do not anticipate downtime during the maintenance window, we do expect increased latency that may last for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window. We do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
