This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects our Nelly and Zed servers in our Salt Lake City, UT location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on September 26th and 27th respectively, the servers Nelly and Zed will be undergoing maintenance on the power environment over a 3 hour maintenance window.

Maintenance Window: The Nelly server will undergo power maintenance on September 26th, and Zed will undergo the same on September 27th. Maintenance for both days will begin at 00:00 UTC, and is expected to conclude at 03:00 UTC.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do not anticipate any complications with this maintenance, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
