At this time, we are experiencing a network problem with the server and
are working to resolve the issues. We currently do not have any ETA on
when this will be completed. As we receive updates from our team at the
datacenter, we will update the forum post. Thank you for your continued

We are currently working on this server and will have service restored
as soon as possible. Please do not call or open support tickets
regarding the downtime as floods of tickets at our helpdesk will only
slow response times for other users. We will post updates as they become
available in this forum thread.

common questions that may arise surrounding this issue can be answered
in a central location instead of individual support tickets which will
slow down response times for everyone involved.
