Today we suffered about 15 minutes of downtime due to network issues on the DC.
It appears we lost our router switch.
Our hot back up switch was used but it took a few minutes to reroute the packets to to the hot back up.

Can you tell us what time this was (in GMT if possible).
I think I was effected lol, was quite paniced as was in the middle of using shoutcast and then found nothing was working
Still its the only kind of downtime i have ever had with GlowHost so far so im not moaning
It happened approximately at 2:45 pm GMT
As for the 1 hour downtime, I assure you that the whole downtime was about 15 minutes or so. I also was disconnected from our servers. I suppose, that your access attempts were rejected by dying router.
Sorry for possible inconveniences, but nobody can guaranty that equipment will work without any failures. Thank all of you for understanding.
