    Default Migration Notice for xena.gendns6.com

    Hello Valued Customers,

This notice affects users on the XENA server

We wanted to let you know that we will be migrating your account to a brand new more powerful server in our new Datacenter location at Salt Lake City, UT. This move is part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. The current Xena server that your account is located on is nearing it's lifecycle, and to maximize the reliability and stability of service, we have decided to migrate all our shared and reseller servers to the new location.

The new server makes use of the new Quad Core E3-1230v2 CPU and a massive bandwidth upgrade to a 1Gbps connection. These servers are built with brand new cutting edge technology and with RAID1 disk protection and backup drives to ensure that your data is secured safely.

We plan to migrate your accounts starting on Sunday March 23 2014. We will take care of all the migration work and point the local DNS records (known as A records) to the new server. A nameserver update is required for your domains.

We will contact you once your account has been migrated via our ticketing system and advise you of any specifics such as ew dedicated IP's (if applicable) and new nameservers.

In the meantime, if you require any further assistance, do not hesitate to open a support ticket - we would be happy to assist you any time.

    Thank you for choosing GlowHost

    Hello,

Migration of the Xena server has been completed and affected clients have been notified by support ticket. If you are a customer located on this server and have not heard from us, please log in to your account and navigate to the trouble tickets on the right hand side. You should also check you have the correct contact email address on file, which you can update on the Edit My Profile page of your My Glow account. If you still have not found our correspondence regarding the migration and any actions you are required to take, please open a support ticket so we can investigate.

Likewise, if you are experiencing problems with your website, please do let us know.
