Maintenance in Atlanta datacenter

Hello,

We are experiencing an unexpected network outage due to planned maintenance at the GNAX datacenter in Atlanta. This affects all cloud servers.

Maintenance Notification:
Facility: Atlanta
Time: 22:00 EST on Sunday March 15th.
Window duration: 2 hours
Anticipated impact: up to 1 hour


Details of Maintenance:

Maintenance will be performed on a core public network device in the Atlanta network during this scheduled window, including restarts of the device. Minimal impact to public traffic is anticipated due to existing redundancy; however, this should be considered a precautionary window as some level of unplanned impact is possible during this maintenance.

Apparently, something went wrong. We're working with the datacenter to restore services which have been interrupted.

Some of the problems are resolved in Atlanta, however, the Storage Area Network (SAN) to which our Atlanta cloud relies upon, is still offline. The latest updates were that they are aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

It looks like the technicians in GNAX datacenter in Atlanta have got things working again.

This may be premature to post this, but it is important for you to know that from our tests, things are improving. We're already restarting Virtual Machines now and they appear to be coming back online.

We still have no updates from them at this time, but I expect we will hear from them shortly with an official confirmation.
