At this time, we are experiencing random DDoS attacks on our Charlie shared server.

The attacks seem to be spread out and quite random. In order to mitigate the attacks and investigate the target and origin, we are placing a null route on the main server IP and spreading out all accounts across other IP addresses.

There should be little to know downtime doing this, but you may need to clear your DNS cache, history and cookies to be able to see the websites on the new IP addresses.

Note that this is a temporary solution to keep all the websites online while we investigate the attacks and form a mitigation plan to resolve it fully.
