    Default Charlie Running Slow? Can't Open HD Case

    I can't submit a ticket via help desk when logged in...

    I can access help desk, create ticket, but when I submit I get the following message:

    Sorry you were having problems posting. Something in your message body triggered our firewall to prevent the submission. We will take a look at the logs and see what that was.

    As for Charlie, can you elaborate on what is seemingly slow? I am looking at the status monitor and do not see any recent problems.

    Have you tried accessing from a different connection or ISP?

    Hey Matt,

    When I attempt to access Every Child Matters | The Ventura County Foster Parent Association I get the message "website found, waiting on reply" and then page never loads... I don't even get a server time out....

    I didn't see anything wrong with Server status either...

    I did a tracert and here are the result...

    I don't seem to have any issues accessing other sites... can you see how it loads for you?

    I don't see any problems with the traceroute. The site loads fine from this side. Is it possible the scripts you run on the site may have blocked your IP? I already checked our firewall and your IP is not in it.
