I can't submit a ticket via help desk when logged in...
I can access help desk, create ticket, but when I submit I get the following message:
We are sorry but the page that you requested is not available due to our security settings. If you were doing nothing wrong, please accept our appologies, our programming team has been notified and are investigating.
You can try this page again a little later, or, if you are in a hurry and you need immediate answers to the information that you were seeking, perhaps one of our agents can help you. Open a ticket here and just ask!
If you were trying to do something bad, shame on you, and we will be watching...
