If you are a customer located on this server and have not heard from us, please log in to your account and navigate to the trouble tickets on the right hand side. You should also check you have the correct contact email address on file, which you can update on the Edit My Profile page of your My Glow account. If you still have not found our correspondence regarding the migration and any actions you are required to take, please open a support ticket so we can investigate.
