What this means is that the forums are for seeking support by, and from other members. Often times, this is the best way to learn!
If you have an emergency, you will need to seek support via the helpdesk which is the fastest way to get in contact with someone, it is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. (If you ask a question on Christmas, or any other major Holiday, make sure to thank your support rep, they appreciate it and don't like working on those days!!!
We strongly encourage you to post as many support topics as you like. We will respond to any post in this forum that is not gaining user support. If you see a thread that has not been replied to, let us know! You can PM me or any other GlowHost moderator that you find in any thread.
We also give brownie Points (read: free hosting) to those that participate often.
