Site goes down why?

At last night around 7pm PST I have tried to logging on and received a message instead that said:
"Resource Limit is Reached: The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later."

Should I need to buy more bandwidth from my service npsis.com?

You could always ask them what the problem is. It doesn't sound like bandwidth, that message sounds like something from CloudLinux not a bandwidth message. You may have exceeded CPU, memory or MySQL limits on your account. Typically to fix that, you would need to upgrade your hosting package.

GlowHost does not run CloudLinux so you won't see that type of message on our machines.
