    Default Problem with Vbulletin script

I am working with the techs from vbulletin with an issue I am having with their bulletin board. It does not allow me to format text in the posts.

The vbulletin tech after trying to trouble shoot the problem wrote "I'm getting a lot of scripting errors in IE on just about every page of your forums. There is something either seriously wrong with the files you uploaded, or there is a significant problem with the server. Whatever it is, I can't even post on your forums.

By the way, your PHP is running as CGI. Does your host have any specific requirements for running PHP scripts on your server? I suggest you ask them about this to see what they say."

I uploaded my files using Dreamweaver. I have never had any problems uploading files before. I have uploaded my files twice, so I don't think uploading again will solve the proble. I was wondering if you had any suggestions because obviously the vbulletin is working perfectly here.

    Thanks, Gordon

P.S. Using a Mac on my forum, I have had no problems posting but apparently their tech using IE 6 could not post.

Can you duplicate the same thing on our forums? I noticed we are running the same boards and the server you are on and the server these boards are on are virtually identical.

It sounds to me like some of the files you uploaded are corrupt, though you said you have uploaded it twice. If you want toPM me the url and instructions on how to re-produce the error I can have a closer look.

Thank you for looking into it.

The problem was with wrong file permissions on a folder. It is fixed and seems to be working fine now.
