Olga is down - AGAIN!

Hi guys,

Lately, you had some serious up time issues with the Olga server, and I was wondering if there is something more to it than just regular maintenance down time. For some reason, you always had problems with this server - more so than with the rest of the servers. My site has been down repeatedly for the past several days. Can't you do anything to fix this problem for good? Thank you.

Are you sure its not a problem with your ISP? Have you looked at netstatus or run any traceroutes when these problems occur? As far as uptime, Olga is up over 99% in any given month with is the SLA for the Budget shared hosting packages. The Advances and Professional, Semi Dedicated, and dedicated all have higher uptime agreements.

Olga is not down, its been up since the last reboot you are speaking about:

root@olga [~]# uptime
07:37:03 up 13:59,

Backups run in these hours so loads are higher, so sites may be slower in off peak hours. But if you completely cannot access it, perhaps your IP is blocked by our firewall.
