While I was babysitting the slow import of a mySQL database last night, I was looking at the NetStatus Monitor and wondering what it all meant.

Could you explain what the different numbers in the "Information" column mean, when it says [Delay 21 sec], or when that area turns to a red background?

Also, what am I looking at when I click on cpvps118-vern - I can see 23 cpvps118-verns on the next page. Are those the various vps's of other people sharing the machine? Is there a way to tell which one is mine?
